January 19, 2025: Announcing FULL SPECTRUM LITIGATOR, an intensive in-person Trial Advocacy course for early-to-mid-career attorneys in the Bay Area. Instructors are leading trial attorneys across California. January 8, 2025: I presented a workshop last night in my Trial Laboratory on creating your own website from the Linux command line. It was appreciated by the guests, but we wasted 20 minutes at step zero with them logging into my web server. Next time I'll come up with a better solution for that. Event program available for download, which I spent a lot of time on. My takeaway from this is that lawyers are basically hopeless with technology. I can only reach so many people.
